You do not need a gym to have a good workout.  It is possible to get a good workout just about any where that you want to.  You just have to be creative.  If you think that just because you are stuck in an office all day long, and working long hours, that you can not get a workout in, you are wrong.  You can do very effective bodyweight workouts for fat loss, and muscle gain during your break at work.  Push ups and pull ups are all that you really need.  Super set those times in about 15 minutes and you are good.
